Full course description
The Data for Development Level Three: Technial Course provides more advanced instruction targeted at MEL and research professionals to promote reliance on data to guide decisions and demonstrate evidence of results. Level Three includes six modules on the following subjects:
- MEL System Design
- MEL Methods
- Evaluation Planning and Design
- Implementing MEL Data Collection
- Data Analysis in the Context of D4D
- MEL for All and All for MEL
Level Three Learning Objectives
- Ensure technical excellence and inclusion in MEL system design practices
- Ensure appropriate application of quantitative and qualitative methods in MEL systems and processes
- Ensure technical excellence in data collection
- Ensure appropriate application of quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques
Target Audience
To build a culture of data use, roles similar to the following list should have the Data for Development knowledge provided by Level Two:
- MEL Technical Specialists
